Want to become a coach…

The team isn’t possible without our volunteer coaches. Anyone can be a coach. Don’t worry about your skills, all of that will be taught. All NICA coaches receive comprehensive professional training.

You will be required to register with NICA. It will include a background check and training.

Level 1 - Assists all coaches as directed by the head coach, rides as sweep

Level 2 - Assists level 3 coaches with advanced tasks such as leading rides

Level 3 - Takes a leadership role within the team
